1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and use services at 188sb, a member must be at least 21 years of age. If an underage person opens or uses an account, it will be cancelled immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each member may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

188sb reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Upon our request, the member must submit the required identity documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

1.3 Account Security

2.1 Deposit Rules

Funds may be deposited at 188sb only through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• A 25x wagering requirement must be met to activate the bonus (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000; ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Example: ৳22,000 deposit receives ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.
• The bonus can be claimed only once and is non-transferable.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

3.2 VIP Cashback & Rewards

Regular players may be included in the VIP programme. Weekly cashback is provided based on VIP tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Advancement to higher tiers depends on playing patterns and activity.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is detected, 188sb reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel bonuses, and forfeit accumulated winnings.

4.1 Sports Betting Policy

The following points must be kept in mind for sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded (unless specific market rules apply).
• If a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical issue, 188sb reserves the right to cancel the bet in question.
• Bets already placed before an odds change will remain at the previous odds.

4.2 Casino & Slots Policy

The following applies to casino and slot games:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — these are fair and verifiable.
• Results of incomplete rounds due to technical issues will be determined according to the records.
• If a bug or error is detected in the game software, related winnings may be cancelled.
• In live casino games the dealer's decision is final, but complaints may be raised in the case of proven errors.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation may result in account cancellation:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Collusion or playing in coordination with other players.
